摘要 为了增强航空测量设备中可见光摄像机的全天候成像、以及在雾霾等能见度不利的大气条件下的成像能力,建立了基于SCMOS的近红外透雾成像系统。利用SCMOS探测器的高灵敏度和在近红外波段的响应特性,在系统中加入了能够滤除可见光波段的滤光片,在去除可见光影响的情况下,使探测器在近红外波段成像,并通过直方图均衡的图像增强方法,对得到的图像做增强处理,最终达到透雾成像的目的。试验结果表明:在有轻度雾霾的气象条件下,近红外可以比可见光获得更丰富的图像信息,具有透雾成像的能力。 In order to enhance the ability of the aerial imaging equipment, at the aspect of all-weather imaging, and the imaging ability at the bad atmosphere condition, such as frog and haze,a near infrared dehazed imaging system based on SCMOS sensor is established.The high sensitivity and the responseat the near infrared band of SCMOS isutilized. In the system, a filter was added tofiltrate the visible light; the sensor can work in near infrared band without the impact of visible light. And then by the method of histogram equalization in image enhancement, the acquired image can be enhanced, and finally realize the dehazed imaging. The result of experiment appear thatat the thin frog atmosphere condition, near infrared can acquire more abundant image information than visible light, and it has the ability of dehazed imaging.
