摘要 为了提高有雾天气下户外监控系统的能见度,提出一种改进的雾天降质图像清晰化算法.该算法从图像增强的角度入手,利用移动模板对各局部区域进行部分块重叠直方图均衡化以实现清晰化处理,克服了原算法运行时间过长的缺陷.实验表明,改进算法能够有效提高雾天降质图像的对比度,获得满意的视觉效果. This paper presents an improved algorithm for fog-degraded image clearness, which is designed to improve the visibility of outdoor surveillance system in fog weather. Image enhancement algorithm was considered and a moving mask-based partially sub-block overlapped histogram equalization algorithm was used to realize fog-degraded images clearness in every local region. The proposed algorithm can overcome the time-consuming drawback. Experimental results show that the improved algorithm can efficiently enhance the contrast of fog-degraded images and obtain satisfactory visual effects.
