摘要 【目的】为探明不同类型钾肥配施对烤烟钾素积累分配及生长发育的影响。【方法】通过盆栽试验,研究硫酸钾和腐殖酸钾肥配施对烤烟生长和钾素积累与分配的影响。【结果】在等量的钾肥水平上,硫酸钾和腐殖酸钾肥配施能够促进烟株的生长发育,提高烟株干物质含量,优化钾素在烤烟各部位的分配。75%硫酸钾+25%腐殖酸钾肥配施与单施硫酸钾相比,叶、茎和根含钾量分别增加16.50%、8.08%和12.13%。75%硫酸钾+25%腐殖酸钾肥配施的肥料利用率和钾肥经济利用率达到34.82%和6.92%,分别是单施硫酸钾和腐殖酸钾肥的2.27倍和2.38倍、3.20倍和2.67倍。【结论】在烟株生长偏弱的情况下,以75%硫酸钾+25%腐殖酸钾肥配施效果最佳,烟叶钾素分配率达到57.14%;与单施硫酸钾相比钾素含量提高16.50%,钾肥利用率提高126.42%。 [Purpose]In order to find out the effects of different types of potash fertilizer application on the accumulation, distribution of potassium and flue-cured tobacco growth.[Method]The effects of potassium sulfate and humic acid potash fertilizer on the growth, accumulation and distribution of potassium in flue-cured tobacco were studied by means of pot culture.[Result]At the same level of potash fertilizer, combined application of potassium sulfate with humic acid potassium fertilizer could promote the growth and development of tobacco plants, increase the dry matter content of tobacco plants and optimize the distribution of potassium in all parts of flue-cured tobacco. Compared75% potassium sulfate + 25% humic acid potassium fertilizer with potassium sulfate alone, the content of potassium in leaves, stems and roots increased by 16.50%, 8.08% and 12.13%, respectively.The fertilizer utilization efficiency and economic utilization ratio of 75% potassium sulfate + 25%humic acid potassium fertilizer reached 34.82% and 6.92%, respectively, which were 2.27 times and2.38 times, 3.20 times and 2.67 times of potassium sulfate and humic acid potassium fertilizer, respectively.[ Conclusion] In the case of weak growth of the tobacco plant, with 75% potassium sulfate + 25% humic acid potassium fertilizer with the best effect, the tobacco leaf potassium distribution rate of 57.14%, compared with single application of potassium sulfate, potassium content increased by 16.50%, the utilization rate of potassium fertilizer increased by 126.42%.
