VSD技术联合扩创植皮术治疗大面积烧伤后感染创面难愈合患者疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察负压封闭引流(VSD)技术联合扩创植皮术治疗大面积烧伤后感染创面难愈合患者疗效。方法选取我院80例大面积烧伤后感染创面难愈合患者,采用随机数字表法分组,各40例。对照组行扩创植皮术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上行VSD技术治疗。对比两组临床疗效、术后换药时视觉模拟评分(VAS)、并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率92.50%(37/40)较对照组75.00%(30/40)高(P <0.05);观察组术后首次、第2次、第3次换药时VAS评分较对照组低(P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率7.50%(3/40)较对照组25.00%(10/40)低(P <0.05)。结论 VSD技术联合扩创植皮术治疗大面积烧伤后感染创面难愈合患者,疗效显著,可减轻术后换药时疼痛,减少并发症发生。 Objective To observe the efficacy of vacuum-shielded drainage(VSD) combined with expanded skin grafting in the treatment of patients with difficult wound healing after extensive burns. Methods Eighty patients with refractory wounds infected with large area burns in our hospital were selected and grouped into 40 cases by random number table. The control group was treated with expanded skin grafting, and the observation group was treated with VSD technique in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups, the visual analog scale(VAS) and the complications occurred after the dressing change. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%(37/40) higher than that of the control group(75.00%(30/40)). The VAS scores of the first, second and third dressings were observed in the observation group. The control group was low(P < 0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.50%(3/40), which was lower than that of the control group(25.00%(10/40))(P < 0.05). Conclusion VSD technique combined with expanded skin grafting is effective in treating patients with refractory wounds after extensive burns. It can reduce the pain during postoperative dressing change and reduce complications.
