摘要
目的:探讨苏黄止咳胶囊辅助舒利迭、孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果及对免疫功能、T细胞亚群水平的影响。方法:选取2017年6月-2018年6月于笔者所在医院就诊并确诊的80例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组40例采用舒利迭联合孟鲁司特钠的常规治疗方案,观察组40例则在对照组治疗方案基础上加用苏黄止咳胶囊,比较两组患儿治疗效果及肺功能、免疫因子水平变化情况。结果:观察组患儿喘憋、咳嗽消失时间及咳嗽评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组肺功能指标(FVC、FEV1、PEF)、免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgE)及T细胞亚群(CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组各项指标均明显改善,但观察组患者指标改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未发生严重药物不良反应,但观察组治疗后6个月随访复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:苏黄止咳胶囊辅助治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘效果理想且安全、可靠,能够有效改善患儿呼吸功能与免疫功能,具有临床应用及推广价值。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Suhuang Zhike Capsule in the adjuvant treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA)in children with Seretide and Montelukast Sodium and its effect on immune function and T lymphocyte subsets.Method:A total of 80 children with cough variant asthma who were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects.Random number table method was used to divide them into observation group and control group.40 cases in control group were treated with routine therapy of Seretide combined with Montelukast Sodium,40 cases in observation group were treated with Suhuang Zhike Capsule on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect,pulmonary function and immune factors were compared between the two groups.Result:The asthma,cough disappearance time and cough score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of lung function indexes(FVC,FEV1,PEF),immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG,IgE)and T cell subsets(CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of the two groups were significantly improved,but the improvement of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse drug reactions occurred in both groups,but the recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Suhuang Zhike Capsule in the adjuvant treatment of children with cough variant asthma is effective,safe and reliable.It can effectively improve the respiratory and immune functions of children,and has clinical application and popularization value.
