摘要
本文阐述了心肺复苏技术普及进亿家健康工程的必要性、可行性与预期性效果3个方面内容。针对我国目前只有不足1%的人掌握心肺复苏操作,院外心脏骤停患者抢救成功率亦不足1%的现状,通过实施"全国心肺复苏普及进亿家健康工程"——525+工程,对全民进行心脏呼吸骤停心肺复苏相关知识技能推广和普及,藉以突破我国CPR普及率低的瓶颈,摸索出一条符合中国特色的CPR普及之路,积极促进我国CPR的推广与普及。
The article expounds three aspects including the necessity,feasibility and the expected effect of the popularization of cardiopulmonary resuscitation into one hundred million families.In view of the present situation that currently less than 1%of people in China have mastered cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the success rate of rescue of cardiac arrest patients outside the hospital is also less man 1%,through 'the National CPR Popularization and Hundreds Million of Health Project'-525+ Project,the related knowledge and skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation of cardiac arrest are universally promoted and popularized to break through the bottleneck of low popularity rate of CPR,explore a way to popularize CPR in line with Chinese characteristics and promote the popularization of CPR in China.
