摘要
文章综述了海藻龙须菜多糖化学结构及其生理药理等方面的研究现状,包括龙须菜多糖组成、化学结构、提取方法、分离纯化、生理活性及药用活性。研究表明龙须菜多糖主要由琼二糖、琼胶糖前体和6—OCH3-琼二糖组成,除具有提高免疫力、抗氧化、抗突变等活性外,还有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、降血糖、降血脂的药用价值。龙须菜多糖研究成果为其在药食领域的开发应用奠定研究基础,为提高龙须菜多糖深加工提供较好的科研支持。
It provides a review of the current status of research on polysaccharide of gracilaria lemaneifoimis,which includes chemical composition,extraction,isolation,purification,biological activities and medicinal activity。 Previous studies showed that polysaccharide of gracilaria lemaneifoimis mainly composite by Joan disaccharide,Joan gum precursor and 6-OCH3-Joan disaccharide.It can enhance immunity,resist oxidation,resist mutation physiological activity,also has the anti- tumor,anti- virus,fall blood sugar,fall hematic fat medicinal value.These results are helpful to understand the development of polysaccharide of gracilaria lemaneifoimis in the areas of medicine and food.It provide scientific support for improving the processing of asparagus polysaccharide.
