摘要
在现代热连轧带钢生产中,带钢卷取机是十分重要的设备。在卷取过程中,可能因设备故障、工艺参数设定不合理、操作失误等造成卷取失败,俗称"卷取机堆钢"。而带钢的头部散卷,在堆钢事故中占比较大。结合长时间的生产和维护实践,本文只对多种头部散卷堆钢原因进行综合分析,并制定相应的措施,从而有效降低头部堆钢发生的几率。
Down coiler is very important in modern hot rolling strip production.In the process of coiling,probably due to equipment failure,parameter setting is not reasonable,operational errors caused by winding failure,commonly known as the'pile of steel coiler'.The strip head scattered in a heap of steel roll,a larger proportion of accidents Combined with long time production and maintenance practice,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the reasons for the steel of various head,and formulates the corresponding measures,so as to effectively reduce the probability of the occurrence of the steel.
