摘要
热连轧机轧制含磷高强IF钢厚度≤3.5mm以下规格,在精轧机组头部穿带时极易发生堆铜事故。通过对含磷高强IF钢的堆钢原因进行研究,发现带铜钢种特性、轧机负荷分配、轧制冷却水、两炉温差等均对其稳定轧制有一定影响,结合堆钢现象分析原因并制定针对性措施,为实现含磷高强IF钢的稳定生产提供了有效方法。
When rolling high strength IF phosphorus steel with thickness below 3.Smm, cobble accidents could be easily occurred at moment of strip head bitten in. Through investigation on cobble happened on 1580 hot rolling line Finishing mill stands, it is found that steel grade properties, mill loading distribution, cooling water, and temperature difference etc., have impacts on roiling stability. Combined cobble problem to analyze reasons and set out countermeasures, which provide efficient methods for stable rolling process of high strength IF phosphorus steel.
