摘要
莱钢冷轧薄板生产线是莱钢十五技改工程重点项目之一。1#可逆式轧机控制系统的负荷平衡不完善制约了冷轧产品的质量,影响设备的稳定运行。通过多次技术交流和专家论证以及长期的摸索实践,对影响生产的速度、电机转矩、乳化液等参数进行实践,被控对象参数的时变特性通过模型的开放性和自适应能力得到了很好的解决。负荷平衡的完善对稳定轧机性能,提高退火产品质量和科技含量,提高成材率,延长设备使用寿命,降低工人劳动强度。系统改造后,取得了良好的控制效果和经济效益。
Production line of cold- rolled sheet is one of the key projects of technical transformation project of Laiwu Steel. The load balance of the control system of 1# reversible rolling mill is not perfect,which restricts the quality of cold rolled products and affects the stable operation of the equipment. Through many technical exchanges and experts verification as well as the long- term practice,the parameters such as production speed,motor torque,emulsion and others are practiced,the object parameters time- varying characteristics through the open and adaptive ability of the model was solved. Load balance has been perfected to improve the stability performance of rolling mill,improve the annealing quality and technology content,improve the yield,prolong the service life of equipment,reduces the labor intensity of workers. After the transformation of the system,good control effect and economic benefit were obtained.
