摘要
在轧制过程中,经常采用多台电机串联单独驱动一个轧辊,这种传动方式下电机存在负荷不平衡问题,如何保证上下电机负荷平衡是这种方式的研究重点。通过分析影响平衡因素,利用负载观测器得到轧辊实际负载量,将其作为负荷平衡调节器的输入量;同时对电机进行前馈调节;并采用改进的有监督Hebb学习算法的单神经元自适应PID控制器设计负荷平衡调节器。通过仿真结果表明,这种方式能够实现负荷平衡调节并提高动态性能与稳态误差,同时在有动态干扰时有较好的跟随适应性能。
In the rolling process, several motors are used in series to drive one work roll, however this way exist the problem of load imbalance, how to ensure the load balance is the research emphasis in this way. The factors which effect the load balance of mill roll was analyzed, using load observer get the actual load as the load balance ad- justor' s input and feed forward control. Improved supervised Hebb learning algorithm of single neuron adaptive PID controller design load balance adjustor. Through the simulation results show that this way can realize load balance ad- justment and improve the dynamic performance and steady-state error, at the same time in a dynamic interference is better follow adapt to the performance.
