摘要
随着RH精炼技术的不断发展,RH脱硫技术也取得了很大的进步,逐渐形成了以RH-IJ法、RH-PB法、RH-PTB法和投入法为主的脱硫技术。结合自身发展需要,以RH炉为基础,从美国空气动力公司引进了RH-PTB顶枪喷粉系统。并通过降低顶枪高度、增大环流气体流量、增大单位喷粉重量等技术创新,大大提升了喷粉脱硫技术,取得了良好的成效。
With the continuous development of RH refining technology,RH desulfurization technology has also made great progress,and gradually formed a RH-IJ,RH-PB,RH-PTB method and input method of desulfurization technology. Combining with its own development needs,based on the RH furnace,introduced RH-PTB top gun powder spraying system from the American air dynamics company. And by technical innovation such as reducing the top gun height,increasing the circulation gas flow rate,increasing unit powder spraying weight,and so on,greatly improve the powder spraying desulphurization technology,and achieved good results.
