摘要
宝钢新建1#RH顶枪喷粉脱硫系统主要由德国西马克公司(SMS)设计,该系统在上料装置的管路弯曲部分增加了助推气源,有效地解决了粉剂输送过程中的堵塞问题;物料返送管设置了两路返送,使物料返送更彻底,返送效率更高;同时,系统采用输送罐和喷吹罐"双罐"制喷吹,喷吹罐粉剂输送气体采用氩气输送,其余部分采用氮气输送。该系统投产以来运行情况良好,平均每吨钢的脱硫剂耗量6 kg,脱硫率达到60%,大大降低了生产成本。
The new top lance powder injection desulphurization system of 1# RH in Baosteel is mainly designed by the German company SMS,and the system has been technical optimized. In the bending pipeline part of the feeding device,the system increased the booster gas source which effectively solved the clogging problem in the conveying powder process. The material returning pipe is provided with two ways,so that the material is returned more thoroughly,and the efficiency is higher. At the same time,the system inject powder by the ＂ double tank＂ system of the conveying tank and the spray tank,the powder of the spray tank is transported by argon gas,and the rest is transported by nitrogen. The system has been operating well since it was put into production. The average desulfurizer consumption of one ton steel was 6 kg,it could reach 60% desulfurization rate,which greatly reduces production costs.
