摘要
简要介绍了典型连铸机安装部位的精度要求以及目前检测方法的现状,同时介绍了激光跟踪仪的检测原理、方法和精度。主要通过激光跟踪仪在检测连铸机安装精度中的实际应用,在可行性、检测数据及检测耗时方面与现有检测方法进行对比分析,说明了激光跟踪仪在检测连铸机安装精度中的实用性、精准度和高效率。
The installation accuracy requirement and current inspection method of continuous casting ma-chine are introduced simply,the basic principle,inspection method and precision of laser tracker are also intro-duced.Both method are compared in terms of feasibility,inspecting data and measuring time,through the practi-cal application of laser tracker used in installation accuracy inspection of continuous casting machine,explains the laser tracker used in installation accuracy inspection of continuous casting machine is feasibility,accurately and efficiently.
