摘要
为研究插头滑块在闭合时滑块的运动对管路分离机构内部流场的影响,以及介质如何阻碍滑块闭合的问题,采用动网格技术对插头滑块的关闭过程进行数值分析;为了体现其流域动态与插头滑块实际工作时的一致性,采用UDF程序来控制流体网格节点的最大位移,以达到可以实时控制滑块的运动;通过研究插头滑块在闭合过程中管路分离机构内部流场的压力分布、速度分布,以及滑块的受力和运动规律情况。结果表明:在插头无轴向的作用力下,做了先加速后减速的运动;在0.0082 s时滑块的运动速度达到最大值3.9969 m/s,而且在该点附近其受力出现了突变,差值为342.91 N;在0.0095 s时滑块与插头滑块完全闭合,此时滑块速度和所受的合力皆不为零,可知滑块对插头有着较大的冲击力故而会影响其工作性能。
In order to research the influence of the movement of the plug slider on the internal flow field of the pipeline separation mechanism when the plug slider is closed,and how the medium hinders the closure of the slider,the dynamic mesh technology was used to analyze the closing process of the plug slider.In order to reflect the consistency between the basin dynamics and the actual work of the plug slider,UDF program was used to control the flow field of the fluid mesh node Large displacement to achieve real-time control of the slider movement.By studying the pressure distribution and velocity distribution of the flow field in the pipeline separation mechanism of the plug slider in the closing process,as well as the force and motion law of the slider.The results show that without the axial force of the plug,the movement of the slider first accelerates and then decelerates;at 0.0082 s,the maximum velocity of the slider reaches 3.9969 m/s,and the force mutation occurs near this point The difference is 342.91 N;at 0.0095 s,the slider and the plug slider are completely closed,and the speed and resultant force of the slider are not zero.It can be seen that the slider has a great impact on the plug,so it will affect its working performance.
