摘要
通过对当前的各种主流钢包加取盖装置进行比较研究,分析了各种装置的优点与不足提出的改进方法,插齿式钢包加取盖装置应满足带盖钢包直接双向倾翻的要求,为推广钢包全程加盖技术提出新的优化方向。
By comparing with adding cover removing device for various mainstream ladle,the advantages and disadvantages of various device are analyzed,improved method is proposed,the plus cover removing device of slotting gear type ladle shall meet the requirements of direct two-way tipping of the capping ladle,the new op-timization direction for promoting technology of the whole ladle capping are put forward.
