夜香树(Cestrum nocturnum L.)是茄科夜香树属植物,又名洋素馨,夜来香,为热带植物,主要分布于南美洲,我国福建,广东。
The odoriferous volatile constituents of the flower of Cestrum nocturnum L.have been investigated by means of GC/MS/DS and GC dual-column I_(TP)ancillary identification.Thirtyfour compounds were identified or partially identified in the head space volatiles which were obtained from the fresh flower by a circulating adsorption device.The compounds reported here were 3 monoterpene hydrocarbons,2 sesquiterpene hydrocarbons,2 aromatic hydrocarbons and 27 oxygenous compounds including 10 oxygen-containing aromatics,3 oxygenated terpene compounds and 14 others.The major components of the head space volatiles were oxygen-containing aromatics such as benzaldehyde,benzyl acetate methyl benzoate,phenylacetaldehyde,benzyl alcohol and phenylethylalcohol,linalool and α-farnesene.Olfactoryharacterization of the head space volatiles of the flower allowed the identification of phenyl acetaldehyde and linalool as the main contributors to the characteristic flower fragrance.
