缺/厌氧段不同碳源投加比对倒置A^2/O工艺脱氮除磷性能的影响 被引量:4

Effects on Nitrogen and Phosphorus Removal Efficiency by Putting Different Carbon Source Dosages in Anoxic and Anaerobic Phases in Reversed A^2/O Process

摘要 采用缺/厌氧段不同碳源投加比的倒置A2/O工艺处理低C/N城市生活污水,重点研究缺/厌氧段不同碳源投加比对工艺脱氮除磷的影响,并探讨其机理.缺/厌氧段碳源投加比为100%∶0%(工况Ⅰ)、70%∶30%(工况Ⅱ)、50%∶50%(工况Ⅲ).结果表明:静态实验,碳源投加比对3个工况反硝化过程影响较大,对硝化过程影响较小,TP浓度在厌氧段变化明显,且与细胞内物质PHB、聚磷和糖原的代谢变化呈现良好的相关性;倒置A2/O小试试验,不投加碳源及3个工况条件下好氧段的MLVSS/MLSS分别为0.71、0.70、0.66和0.68,对COD和NH+4-N的去除效果影响较小,TN去除率分别为67.5%、83.8%、81.4%和74.1%,TP去除率分别为55.8%、66.4%、85.6%和73.4%;活性污泥中微生物群落变化与工况条件改变有关,COD物质流分析表明不同工况在碳源利用上没有明显差异.小试试验验证了静态实验,工况ⅡMLVSS/MLSS最低,TN和TP去除效果较好.合理分配倒置A2/O工艺中缺/厌氧段碳源投加量,是提高脱氮除磷效果的较理想方法之一,试验结果可为污水处理厂的升级改造和新建污水处理厂有关分段进水设计工艺提供依据. Different carbon source dosages were put in anoxic and anaerobic phases in reversed A^2/O process to treat low C / N urban domestic sewage and effects on the nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency and their working mechanisms were studied. Carbon source dosages put in anoxic and anaerobic phases were 100% ∶ 0%( working condition Ⅰ),70% ∶ 30%( working condition Ⅱ),50% ∶ 50%( working condition Ⅲ). In static experiment,the dosage ratio of carbon sources had greater effects on the denitrification process in three conditions,but less effects on nitrification process. The TP concentration change in anaerobic phase was obvious and showed a good correlation with intracellular substances of PHB,poly-phosphate and glycogen metabolic changes. In reversed A^2/O bench scale experiment,when there were no carbon sources and the MLVSS / MLSS in aerobic phase were 0. 71,0. 70,0. 66 and 0. 68 respectively in three conditions,COD and NH+4-N removal effects were affected slightly,with TN removal rates being 67. 5%,83. 8%,81. 4% and 74. 1%,and TP removal rates being 55. 8%,66. 4%,85. 6% and 73. 4% respectively. Microbial community changes in activated sludge were related to working condition changes,and COD material flow analysis showed that there were no significant differences in how carbon sources were used in different working conditions. The bench scale experiment verified the static experiment that working condition Ⅱ had the minimum of MLVSS / MLSS,the highest removal rate of TN and TP,and the best nitrogen and phosphorus removal effects. The study concluded that putting proper carbon source dosing quantity in reversed A^2/O anoxic / anaerobic phases was one of the ideal methods to improve nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency. The study provided guidance for upgrading sewage treatment plants and building new sewage treatment plants in designing step-feed process.
