不同穗型水稻品种灌浆期生理特性的差异 被引量:14

摘要 在大田条件下 ,研究了直立穗和弯曲穗型水稻品种灌浆期部分生理特性 ,结果表明 :直立穗型品种上3叶叶绿素含量明显高于弯曲穗型品种 ,且随生育进程叶片衰老较慢 ;直立穗型品种的剑叶和倒3叶SOD、ATPase活性比弯曲穗型品种的高 ,而POD活性则是弯曲穗型品种的高 ;直立穗型品种的强势粒中ATPase活性在灌浆前期高于弯曲穗型品种 ,而灌浆后期则低于弯曲穗型品种。直立穗型品种的强势粒和叶片中内源激素ABA的含量在灌浆前期都低于弯曲穗型品种 ,而灌浆后期则高于弯曲穗型品种。 Some physiological characteristics of erect-panicle and curved-panicle rice varieties were studied under field conditions. The results showed that chorophyll content in erect-panicle type was obviously higher than that of curved-panicle type, and leaf senescence decreased slowly; SOD and ATPase activities of flag and 3rd leaves in erect-panicle type were higher than those of curved-panicle type, but POD activity in curved-panicle type was higher; ATPase activity of grain in erect-panicle type was higher than that of curved-panicle type at early stage of grain filling, but that of curved-panicle type was higher at late stage. ABA content of grain and leaf in erect-panicle type was lower than that of curved-panicle type at early stage of grain filling, but that of curved-panicle type was lower at lateat stage.
