摘要
水稻叶片衰老过程中,CAT 活性、CAR 含量在衰老初期就显著下降,而 SOD 活性直至衰老后期才迅速下降,同时,膜脂过氧化产物 MDA 含量在叶片离体后就开始不断积累.6BA 可显著延缓离(整)体叶片衰老过程中 SOD 活性、CAT 活性、CAR 含量的下降和 MDA 含量的上升.6BA 可延缓水稻叶片SOD 同工酶带数量增加和酶带强度的减弱.6BA 还可抑制 H_2O_2引发的 MDA 积累的加剧.6BA 在水稻叶片衰老过程中对活性氧代谢的调节起重要作用.
During senescence of rice leaves,catalase(CAT)activity and carotenoids(CAR)contentwere reduced markedly earlier than superoxidedismutase(SOD)activity.Malondialdehyde(MDA)levelincreased the next day.BA could strongly delay the degradation of SOD and CAT activity,the decreasing ofCAR content and the increasing of MDA content.BA could delay the addition of SOD isozyme bands andthe weakening of isozyme strengty.BA could prevent MDA accumulation caused by H_2O_2Thus,BA mayplay an important role in regulation of activited oxygen metabolism during the senescence of rice leaves.
