摘要
网络环境为文献资源共建共享创造了良好的条件,网络信息资源生产与使用的社会化,对高校图书馆文献资源的建设产生了重大影响。因此,研究探讨网络环境下文献资源建设的问题与对策,使图书馆信息资源处于最佳状态,实施资源共享。
Network environment provides good condition for the co-construction and sharing in the do-cument resources.The production and use of socialization of network information resources have an important effect on the construction of the college library′s document resources.So this article discusses the problems and countermeasures about the construction of document resources under the network conditions to make the library information resources in the best state so that the information resources can be shared.
