由于吉林省基层公共图书馆基础薄弱,建立吉林省图书馆联盟是图书馆今后的主要发展方向。通过介绍构建吉林省图书馆联盟的必要性、可行性,阐述了吉林省图书馆联盟的特点及组建策略。参考文献11。
Because of the weak basic levels of public libraries im Jilin provice, the main development orientation in the future is to set up Jilin provice library Alliance. This paper introduces the necessity and the feasibility of building Library Alliance in Jilin province and expounds its characteristics and the strategies to form it . 11 refs.
