一种新型钻井液体系——MMH钻井液 被引量:7

摘要 MMH钻井液是国外80年代开发的一种抑制性强、耐高温、抗污染能力强的新型钻井液体系。MMH是一种带正电的混合金属氢氧化物的晶体胶粒,可由共沉淀法和插入法两种方法进行人工合成:它作为钻井液添加剂,具有很强的抑制性、耐温性和抗盐性,以及良好的流变性、触变性和配伍性。现场试验表明,MMH钻井液能有效地抑制泥页岩膨胀,能在深井中(井温232℃)提高钻速、降低成本;现场使用方便、易于转化。目前国内正在积极研究中。 MMH drilling fluid system, developed in 1980s. has high inhibition, heat stability and good contamination resistance. MMH is a positive-charged crystal particle of mixed metal hydroxides. By way of coprecipitation or insertion process it is synthesised. As an additive of drilling fluid it has high inhibition,heat stability,salt resistance,excellent rheological properties,thixotropic properties and compatibilty. Field experiments indicate that MMH drilling fluid is able to inhibit shale swelling effectively and benefitial to increasing drilling rate and decreasing drilling cost of deep wells(bottom temp.of 232 ℃). It is convenient to use it. Its preparation is easy. In our country some units are making efforts to manufacture it.
