摘要
在室内试验的基础上确定了MMH钻井液的配方。对MMH钻井液的性能进行了评定,考察了体系组成对钻井液性能的影响,探讨了该体系的抑制和流变性等问题,室内及现场试验结果表明,MMH钻井液的抑制性与防塌能力强,具有良好的悬浮和携砂性能,能满足鄯善油田上部地层钻井的需要。
A MMH(0.5-0. 7%)-bentonite(4%) mud system is formulated with thinner XY-27 (0.15 -0. 25%), filtration-loss controller JT888 (0.2-0.4%) or LV-CMC(0.5-0.7%) and evaluated in laboratory as inhibitory, low filtration-loss(<10ml)and rheologically normal one.For use in high yielding, collapsible and fissured formation, special measures are worked out. The results of field tests on drilling two wells in Shanshan, Tulufan-Hami Oil Fields, Xinjiang, show that ①with the MMH-bentonite mud similar drilling speed, more regular hole, less hole enlargement but higher mud cost and more tiltration-loss and yield stresses areobserved in comparison with the polymer mud; ②the MMH-bentonite mud has high suspending-carrying capacity, wall-stabilizability, inhibition to cuttings dispersion and ready convertibility. The results are discussed.
