《航空英语:飞行员与空中管制员工作语言》(Aviation English:A lingua franca for pilots and air traffic controllers)由D. Estival、C. Farris、B. Molesworth三人合作完成。该书为劳特利奇出版社专门用途英语(ESP)研究系列丛书第一本,围绕'航空英语'(AE)这一领域,从不同角度展开探讨。通过评介,本文旨在引导业界参照国际民航组织(ICAO)语言标准,创新航空英语教学及研究,服务民航安全与国际化战略。
This paper briefly reviews a recent work in the field of Aviation English——Aviation English:A lingua franca for pilots and air traffic controllers.This book is the first in a series of Routledge researches in English for specific purpose(ESP),which explores Aviation English from different perspectives.As an ESP research monograph written by the linguists and aviation experts,the book helps to promote and innovate AE research,while providing a reference for ESP teaching and study.
