摘要
'一带一路'倡议对我国俄语专业人才培养的重要性认识、规模、质量、布局等带来了一系列挑战。与此同时,近年来我国高校俄语专业取得了较快发展,但也存在着培养学校与区域过度聚集、西北地区培养力度弱化、部分对俄语专业人才需求增加的省区俄语专业招生力度下降、高水平大学举办力度下降、综合类和理工类高校培养俄语人才不足、高水平师资的供给与俄语专业的大发展不匹配、人才培养质量不能满足市场需求等问题。在此形势下,为满足'一带一路'倡议对俄语人才需求的新要求、新挑战,需要从加强观念认识、统筹区域俄语专业人才培养的规划、加大高水平大学人才培养的力度、加快复合型应用型人才的培养、深化教学改革等方面,推动我国高等俄语教育的转型发展。
'The Belt and Road'initiative brings a series of challenges on the training of Russian talents,especially on the understanding of importance,scale,quality,layout on the training of Russian talents. At the same time,the Russian education in colleges and universities has made rapid development in recent years in China,but there are still a series of problems,such as overaccumulation of training schools and regions,reducing cultivation in Northwest China,decreasing recruitment of students major in Russian of some provinces which have increasing demand for professional talents of Russian, decreasing efforts of high-level universities,shortage of comprehensive and polytechnic colleges to cultivate Russian talent,and the high level of teaching and supply of Russian professional does not match the development of the major,the quality of talent training cannot meet the market demand. Under this situation,in order to meet the new requirements of 'The Belt and Road'initiative,we should promote the transformation and development of higher Russian education in China by strengthening the understanding of the concept, planning all these regional Russian professional training,expanding the talent training in high-level universities,speeding up the cultivation of complex applied talents,deepening the reform of teaching and so on.
