论学前教育专业艺术教育的“技能化”倾向及应对策略 被引量:2

On the “Skill” Tendency of Arts Education in Preschool Education Major and Counter-measures

摘要 当前高校学前教育专业艺术教育的"技能化"倾向,主要表现在其目标定位偏重艺术人才,忽视学前专业方向;课程内容偏重艺术技能,忽视艺术情感体验;教育方式偏重模仿训练,忽视幼儿教育实践;评价体系过于片面,忽视综合艺术素质。究其原因主要是由于目标定位不清晰、缺少科研成果支撑、教师缺乏专业素养和盲目迎合社会需求等。针对以上原因,学前教育应该通过立足专业标准,明确专业定位;积极创造条件,加强科学研究;转变教师观念,提升师资素养;完善相关法规,规范办园行为等策略来纠正艺术教育的"技能化"倾向,促进艺术教育的实质发展。 The "skill" tendency of art education in current college preschool education major mainly emphasis on the artistic talent in the objectives location, neglect of Professional orientation in preschool education major. The curriculum emphasis on artistic skills, ignoring the emotional experience of art; Education Emphasis on imitation training, early childhood neglect practice; education emphasis on imitation training, ignoring the preschool education practice; Evaluation system is too one-sided, ignoring the comprehensive artistic quality. The reason is mainly due to the objectives location is not clear, the lack of research support, the lack of professionalism of teachers and blindly cater to the needs of society. In view of the above reason, preschool education should be based on professional standards, clear professional orientation; create a condition actively, strengthen scientifi c research; Transforms the teacher idea, improve teaching quality; Perfect the related laws and regulations, regulate the construction of kindergarten behavior to correct the "skills" tendency in art education, promoting the substantial development of art education.
