摘要
高等职业教育的发展与我国对人才的实际需求仍有相当差距,单纯的理论教学已无法满足需求,教师必须要具备专业方面的实践经验,理论与实践相结合,才能培养出企业真正需要的现代化的物流人才。
In recently years, our higher vocational education to developing rapidly, however, higher vocational education’s development has a significant gap with the practical needs of the country.Simple theoretical education has been unable to meet the needs.Teachers must own professional experiences, combine theory with practice in order to build up the real modern logistic talents to meet the needs of the corporations.
