摘要
文章梳理了近20年的"孝入法"研究,学界在"孝入法"的纷争中达成共识,既体现了"普孝"与"普法"并举的社会治理理念,又体现出对传统孝文化遗产的保护与利用。
The study of "Filial Piety into the Law" has been nearly twenty years, the academic consensus on "Filial Piety into the Law" disputes, not only embodies the social governance concept of filial piety and "Popularization" simultaneously, but also reflects the protection and utilization of traditional filial piety culture heritage.
