摘要
目的探讨易善复联合甘草酸二铵治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的疗效。方法选取我院2016年1月至2018年7月收治的64例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者,随机分为两组各32例。对照组给予甘草酸二铵治疗,观察组给予甘草酸二铵联合易善复治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率、肝功能指标、乙肝症状改善时间、生化指标改善时间、生活质量评分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组的治疗不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论甘草酸二铵联合易善复治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的疗效确切。
Objective To explore the efficacy of Yishanfu combined with diammonium glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B.Methods A total of 64 patients with chronic viral hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate,and the observation group was treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate combined with Yishanfu.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate,liver function indicators,improvement time of hepatitis B symptom,improvement time of biochemical indicator,and quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Yishanfu combined with diammonium glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B has exact efficacy.
