摘要
初步研究了海链藻对氮磷的需求 ,使用光密度法测定了微藻的细胞数。结果表明 :以等物质的量氮的 NH4Cl,Na NO3 和 NH4NO3 作为氮源时 ,选择 NH4NO3 可以获得较快的生长率并维持较长时间的指数生长期 ;氮浓度的最适范围为 0 .5 4~ 1 .0 8mmol/L,而 2 .1 6mmol/L以上的高浓度NH4NO3 则对海链藻的生长有一定的抑制作用 ;磷浓度在 0 .0 1 5~ 0 .1 2 mmol/L时 ,海链藻保持大致相同的生长速率 ,最适为 0 .0 3~ 0 .0
The nitrogen and phosphorus requirement of Thalassiosira sp. was investigated in this paper and the amount of algae cells was determined by OD value. The results of experiment showed that Thalassiosira sp. grew more rapidly and maintained longer at logarithmic period when NH_4NO_3 was used as the N resource than NH_4Cl or NaNO_3 as the N resource of the same quantity; and the apt range of N resource was from 0.54 mmol/L to 1.08 mmol/L, but high concentration (more than 2.16 mmol/L) of NH_4NO_3 inhibited the growth of Thalassiosira sp. to some degree; Thalassiosira sp. could obtain well-nigh the same growth rates in case of different phosphorus concentration (from 0.015 mmol/L to 0.12 mmol/L), and the apt range of P resource was from 0.03 mmol/L to 0.06 mmol/L.
