摘要
就钛白生产中关键的水解,提出了稀释法常压水解钛液新工艺。与加压水解法比较,该工艺具有易滤洗、产率高、能耗低、产品质量好等特点。通过小试、扩试和工业化试生产表明,此工艺有较大的实用性,已获得中国专利局授予的专利权。
A new technology of atmospheric dilutionhydrolysis of titanium sulphate solution hasbeen developed,which is a key process in theproduetion of TiO_2.Compared to the pre- ssure hydrolysis process,it has the advan-tages of easy filtration and cleaning,highproductivity, low energy consumption andhigh quality.This process has proven,through lab research, pilot test and industri-al scale production,very practical in produc-tion and has applied for Chinese patent.
