Synthesis of Ultrafine Zinc Oxide Powders with Different Appearances from Aqueous Solution Under the Condition of Boiling and Refluxing

摘要 以Zn(NO3)2NaOH为体系,采用一种简单的液相法———常压沸腾回流法,加入不同的添加剂,分别制备了不同形貌的超细ZnO粉体.采用X射线衍射及扫描电子显微镜等测试手段,对产品的物相和形貌进行了表征.实验结果表明:所得产品均为六方晶系纤锌矿ZnO;同样条件下加入不同的表面活性剂,对产品的形貌产生了不同程度的影响. Ultrafine zinc oxide powders with different appearances were prepared in the presence of different surfactants in system of Zn(NO_3)_2-NaOH.Using a simple method in the open air,ZnO particles were directly obtained from aqueous solution under the condition of boiling and refluxing.The crystal structures,particle sizes and appearances of ZnO powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy respectively.The results show that the as-grown ZnO crystals are hexagonal wurtzite ZnO.Moreover,different surfactants used in the experiment have different effects on the shapes of the products.
