摘要 目的:探讨EB病毒与食管癌发生的关系。方法:用双温聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增出EB病毒Bam W区的121bpDNA片段,用此法对89份食管肿瘤和非肿瘤的胃镜活检标本进行了EB病毒DNA检测。结果:食管癌胃镜活检组织中EB病毒阳性率6.3%(3/48),10例癌旁、远离癌灶5 cn以上食管组织和21例非肿瘤病变均阴性。结论:食管癌活检组织中EB病毒感染率低,两者关系的进一步研究,有助于EB病毒致瘤机制的阐明。 Objective: To study the relationship between EB virus and esophageal carcinoma. Methods: EB virus DNA was examined by two temperature polymerase chain reaction cycles from 89 biopsy tissues with different esophageal lesions. The amplified product 121 bp DNA was in EB virus Bam W zone. Results: The EB virus infection postive rate was 6.3% (3/48) for esophageal carcinoma, the control was all EB virus DNA negative. Conclusion: The EB virus infection positive rate was low in esophageal carcinoma. The relationship between EB virus and esophageal carcinoma is to be investigated further.
