摘要
教学质量监控和教学质量评估体系工作是提高高等教育质量的一个重要环节 ,高等教育质量的核心是人才培养质量 ,提高人才培养质量的关键是建立起行之有效的教学质量监控与评估体系 ,为了保证和提高高等教育质量 ,各国都建立了各自的教育质量保证与监督体系。在我国 ,对高等教育教学质量的监控与评估从认识到实施都起步较晚 ,尚未形成完整成熟的体系 ,本文通过对国内外教学质量监控和评估体系的比较研究 ,对构建我国高等学校教学质量监控和评估体系提出了几点思考 ,结合自动化专业的特点 ,介绍了我们在构建教学质量监控和评估体系方面的实践。
The teaching quality assessment (TQA) system is an important integral part of the high education. Efficient assessment and assurance systems are the basis of the education quality. Every country has its own teaching quality assessment system. In this paper, Chinese and foreign teaching quality assessment systems are compared. An overview of the teaching quality assessment and assurance strategy and specific arrangements is provided. The useful experience is adopted to establish the teaching quality assessment system of our department.
