摘要
本文通过对比五种不同胶凝材料配制的砂浆,分别在300℃,500℃,800℃,1000℃下恒温两小时后,其力学性能和质量的损失,总结了不同水泥品种和大掺量(40%)粉煤灰对砂浆耐高温性能的影响,探讨了水泥基材料高温破坏的机理。试验结果表明无石膏硅酸盐水泥砂浆有良好的耐高温性能。
The lose of mechanical properties and weight of five kinds of mortars after being exposed to different temperatures(300℃,500℃,800℃,1000℃) for two hours was studied.The effect of the kinds cements and high volume of fly ashes(40%) on the high temperature properties of mortars was summarized.The fire-damage mechanism of cement based material was explained .The result indicated that the high temperature properties of the gypsum-free Portland cement mortar is best.
