高温喷水冷却后水泥基灌浆料力学性能研究 被引量:2

Study on Mechanical Properties of Cement-based Grouting Material after High Temperature Spray Cooling

摘要 通过研究喷水冷却对高温后水泥基灌浆料力学性能的影响,利用马弗炉进行高温试验,利用YA-300微机控制全自动压力试验机进行力学性能试验,探究高温喷水冷却后水泥基灌浆料的表观特征、抗折强度以及抗压强度的变化规律。研究结果表明,随着温度的升高,水泥基灌浆料的质量损失逐渐增大,当温度在200-400℃之间时,质量损失较为平缓,达到400℃后抗压强度急速下降,达到600℃后质量损失明显增大抗折强度和抗压强度整体呈下降趋势,温度达到600℃后,抗折强度下降趋势趋于平缓,温度达到400℃后抗压强度急速下降,且经历1 000℃高温后的水泥基灌浆料强度基本丧失。通过对试验数据进行拟合回归分析,试验值与拟合值吻合度高,拟合结果良好,从而可以通过受火温度来初步预估火灾后水泥基灌浆料的剩余强度。 By studying the influence of water spray cooling on the mechanical properties of cement-based grouting material cooled by water after high temperature,the change rules of apparent characteristics,flexural strength and compressive strength of cement-based grouting material after high temperature water spray cooling were explored.The results show that with the increase of temperature,the mass loss of cement-based grouting material increases gradually,and the mass loss is gentle when the temperature is between 200℃and 400℃,After reaching 400℃,the compressive strength decreases rapidly.The mass loss increases obviously when the temperature reaches 600℃.The flexural strength and compressive strength show a downward trend as a whole.When the temperature reaches 600℃,the downward trend of flexural strength tends to be gentle.The compressive strength drops rapidly after the temperature reaches400℃,and the strength of cement-based grouting material is basically lost after the high temperature reaches 1000℃.Through fitting regression analysis of the test data,the test values are in good agreement with the fitting values and the fitting results are good,so the residual strength of cement-based grouting material after fire can be preliminarily estimated by the fire temperature.
