摘要
目的 :探讨长期暴露于锰尘对工人血脂质过氧化、抗氧化酶及金属元素的影响。方法 :测定了 6 0名接触锰尘 (接锰 )工人和 2 5名对照工人血浆总超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、Cu Zn- SOD、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活力、丙二醛 (MDA)以及全血 Zn、Cu、Fe、Ca、Mn和 Mg含量。结果 :作业环境空气锰尘中 Mn O2 平均浓度为 0 .38mg/ m3(0 .0 2~ 1 .5 1mg/ m3) ,样品超标率为 5 0 %。接锰工人血浆总 SOD活力明显高于对照工人 ,GSH- Px活力和全血 Mg含量明显低于对照工人。结论 :过量锰能使机体脂质过氧化增加 。
Objective:To study the effects of long term manganese exposure on lipid peroxidation, antioxidant enzymes and metal elements in exposed workers.Methods:Observation was conducted on the concentration of malondialdehyde(MDA) and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), CuZn superoxide dismutase(CuZn SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px), catalase(CAT) in plasma, the concentration of Zn, Cu, Fe, Ca, Mn and Mg in blood.Result:The activities of SOD were significantly increased in the exposed than in the control. The activity of GSH Px and the concentration of Mg were decreased in the exposed worker.Conclusion:It suggests that chronic exposure to high level manganese may have certain effects on the lipid peroxidation, antioxidant enzymes and metal elements of exposed workers.
