摘要
目的 :初步探索几种常用的有机磷农药的环境雌激素样作用。方法 :通过幼鼠子宫增重试验 ,对乐果(Dimethoate)、对氧磷 (Paraoxon)、对硫磷 (Parathion) 3种有机磷农药进行拟雌激素样活性研究。结果 :乐果、对硫磷可使试验小鼠子宫内膜及基质层细胞增殖 ,与阴性对照组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :乐果。
Objective: Investigate the environmental effects of several organophosphorus pesticides used frequently. Methods: The three organophosphorus pesticides, Dimethoate, Paraoxon, Parathion have been detected the estrogenic effects using uterotropic assay of the young mouse uterus.Results: Dimethoate and parathion could proliferate remarkably the young mouse uterus endometrium cells and the stroma cells contrast to controlled group.Conclusion: Dimethoate, Parathion have environment estrogenic effects at proper dose range.
