摘要
目的:评价硼酸的体内雌激素样效应。方法:40只SD大鼠行双侧去卵巢后,随机分为5组,阴性对照组(蒸馏水),低、中、高剂量硼酸组(4mg/kg、25mg/kg及75mg/kg)及阳性对照组(0.10mg/kg雌二醇),连续给药3d后处死大鼠,测定子宫脏器系数及血清总雌二醇水平。结果:阳性对照组子宫脏器系数及血清雌二醇水平均高于阴性对照组(P均<0.05)。高剂量硼酸组大鼠子宫脏器系数高于阴性对照组(P<0.05);硼酸各剂量组血清雌二醇水平与阴性对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论:硼酸能够诱导去卵巢大鼠子宫增重,具有雌激素样效应。
Aim: To evaluate the potential estrogenic effect of boric acid in vivo. Methods:A total of 40 rats without ovary were randomly divided into 5 groups: negative control group (distilled water) , low-, mid-, and high-dose boric acid groups (4 mg/kg, 25 mg/kg, and 75 mg/kg boric acid) , and positive control group (0.10 mg/kg estradiol). Boric acid was administered by gavage for 3 days. The weight of uterus of ovariectomized SD rats and concentration of estradiol in blood serum were measured. Results: The uterine organ coefficient and concentration of estradiol in blood serum were higher than those of positive control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Uterine organ coefficient significantly increased in the high-dose group, compared with control (P 〈 0.05 ). Concentration of estradiol in blood serum had no statistically difference in groups of boric acid, compared with control ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : Boric acid could stimulate the growth of uterus of ovariectomized rats and has estrogenic effect.
