摘要
本文选择了合适的初始原料提纯法 ,分别采用液相法和固相法合成了钒酸钇晶体的多晶原料 ,同时对合成条件进行了优化 ,并设计了合理的烧结温度。利用XRD分析对不同方法合成的YVO4多晶原料进行了分析 ,结果发现液相法合成的原料纯度及均匀性要高于固相法合成的样品。
In this paper,polycrystalline raw material of YVO 4 crystals was synthesized by solid state reaction and liquid phase reaction pros ess.Raw material was sintered at the suitable temperature for 8 hours,XRD analy sis showed that the purity of YVO 4 polycrystal raw material which was synthesi zed by liquid phase reaction was better than that of polycrystalline YVO 4 raw material which was synthesized by solid state reaction.
