公安机关的角位定位应从根本上改变观念 ,与现代法制文明相适应 ,确立其是一个执法机关和服务部门。对严格、公正、文明执法要把握精神 ,正确认识和落实。
To orient the public security organization should be suited to civilization of modern legal system through essentially changing our ideas.Public security organization determined is as an organization for enforcing laws and providing service.The spirit of enforcing laws in a civilized way strictly and justly need to be grasped,understood and implemented correctly.
