摘要
在构建和谐社会的大背景下,有关统计数据却表明警民冲突事件无论是在数量上还是在程度上都呈现出愈演愈烈之势,我国公安机关面临着前所未有的公共关系危机,警民关系面临着严峻的考验。人民警察公共关系危机的发生存在很多诱因,文章仅从民众角度来分析其诱因,并从社会治安、公信力和人民警察执法的文明规范角度来逐一探讨何谓和谐的警民关系。
Under the circumstances of constructing harmonious society, some relative data show that the conflicts between the people and police take on more and more serious trend in number and degree. Our police organization is facing with the public relation crisis, and the relation between the people and police meets with severe test. There exists inducements in police public relations crisis. From the perspective of the public, this article analyzes the factors and discusses the meaning of harmonious people and police relationship from the aspect of social order, credibility and civilized and standardized law enforcement.
