摘要
目的 选择适用的清洗液清洁旋转式血液粘度计测头 ,防止假性粘度高值 ;建立仪器清洗程序和本底实验 ,是为血粘度质控的基础实验。方法 每天关机前用COULTERCLENZTM清洗液 (库尔特清洗液 )浸泡测头 15min ,水清洗 2次关机 ;每日开机后水清洗 1次 ,测定蒸馏水粘度 (D =12 0s 1,T =3 7℃ ) ;与原应用的必要时用市售洗洁精清洗法各进行 40d的分组对比观察 ;将切液锥置清洗液浸泡观察。结果 库尔特清洗液组CV1 8% ,后者 2 9.2 % ,有非常显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。切液锥浸泡40d未见腐蚀。结论 应用库尔特清洗液清洁测头、建立清洗程序和仪器本底实验 。
Objective Using a suitable cleaning agent in cleaning the probe so that it can avoid the false high results and establish the instrume nt's cleaning program and background test for quality control of blood viscosity .Methods The probe was soaked in the cleaning agent 15 minutes,t h er two times cleaning with distilled water before closing the instrument every d ay;the next day one time cleaning after opening it, the distilled water viscosit y was detected(D=120s -1 ,T=37℃),the method and the necessary cleaning wi th ordinary cleaning agent were constracted each section in 40 days.A discarded probe was immersed in the cleaning agent observing.Results Two meth ods' CV were 1.8% and 29 2% respectively,the results were significant ( P<0.01 ).The probe was not eroded in 40 days.Conclusion Usi ng the cleaning agent and establishing the instrument's cleaning program and bac kground test with distilled water can ensure the accuracy of the instrument.
