摘要
为了解自行研制的尺骨鹰嘴骨折无应力遮挡外固定器的性能及临床疗效 ,应用WD 10E型万能电子力学试验机进行生物力学测试 ,并对运用该外固定器治疗的 2 2例尺骨鹰嘴骨折患者进行临床疗效观察。术后随访 3个月~ 1.5年 ,结果 2 2例骨折均解剖对位愈合 ,功能完全恢复 ,无任何并发症和后遗症。表明本外固定器具有微创、固定可靠、早期关节活动、无须行内固定取出术、操作简便安全、并发症少等优点 ,同时还具有设计原理新颖、拓展性强等特点。从骨折治疗的进展看 ,无应力遮挡外固定器疗法将成为主要方法之一。
In order to understand the property and clinical therapeutic effect of the self-developed external fixer without stress shelter (EFWSS) on olecranal fracture, the biomechanical property of EFWSS was studied by universal electronic mechanical tester of model WD-10E, and 22 cases of olecranal fracture treated by EFWSS were clinically observed. Through a postoperative follow-up of 3 to 18 months, the results showed that all the cases obtained anatomical fracture reduction, fracture healing, complete recovery of the function but no complications and no sequelae, suggesting that this fixer has many advantages, such as microtrauma, reliable fixation, safe and simple operation and allowance to make the early joint exercises but no need to remove the internal fixer and few complications. Moreover, it is characterized by a new design principle and wide popularization. From the fracture treatment progress, it may be expected that EFWSS therapy will be one of the main therapies for fracture.
