摘要
应用屈时１１０°位、绷带＂８＂字形固定法，有选择地治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折１２例。结合临床观察和复习有关文献认为，肱三头肌腱膜等结构的完整是应用本法的解剖学基础，整复固定时应予以保护。经力学分析证明：屈时１１０°时，鹰嘴所受拉力矩约等于零。即鹰嘴处于平衡状态，有利于骨折端的稳定，是较合理的固定体位。用绷带固定具有利于减小肘部压力、利于消肿和利于肘关节活动锻炼等优点。
One hundred and twelve cases of olecranal fracture were treated by“8”-shaped bandage fixation in 110°flexion of the elbow.Through the clinical observation and literature review,it was thought that the intact musculoaponeurotic structure of brachial tricepes muscle is the anatomic basis for the application of this method.It should be protected during manual closed reduction.The mechanical analysis showed that 110°flexion of the elbow is a rational posture for fixation because in this posture.the moment of tension exerted on the olecranon equals about zero,that is,the olecranon keeps balance,which benefits the stability of the fragments,The bandage fixation can decrease the compression in the elbow and benefit swelling disapperance and elhow exerclses.
