摘要
本文观察13例风湿性二尖瓣狭窄患者经皮气囊导管二尖瓣成形术前后踏车运动心肺功能测验。8例术后随访5个月以上,VO_2max/kg由19.25增至27.70ml·min^(-1)·kg^(-1),VO_2AT/kg由13.73至19.34ml·min^(-1)·kg^(-1),VO_2/HRmax由5.90至8.81ml/beat。运动心肺功能测验为无创伤性客观评定心肺功能的检测手段,为评价有氧代谢能力,心脏储备,心功能耐量及治疗效果提供了定量指标。
Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing(CPX)being performed before and after Percuta-neous Balloon Mitral Valvuloplasty(PBMV) in 13 patients with rheumatic mitral stenosiswas observed. Follow-up studies 5 months after PBMV in 8 patients showed progres-sive improvement in which VO_2 max/kg increased from 19.25 to 27.70 ml.min^(-1)·kg^(-1),VO_2AT/kg from 13.73 to 19.34ml. min^(-1).kg^(-1) and VO_2/HR max from 5.90 to 8.81ml/beat. Before PBMV 2 of the 8 patients were in class A, 5 class B and 1 class Cbased on VO_2 max/kg classification and all patients became class A 5 months afterPBMV. The noninvasive CPX testing was an objective and quantitative method toevaluate the aerobic capacity, the cardiac reserve and the functional capacity of thepatient, and to determine the efficacy of treatment.
