介绍了一种与武器装备小型化、智能化、信息化相适应的一种新型光电混合集成器件一小型化高分辨率LED矩阵显示器的设计原理与设计实现,并介绍了水平、垂直两个方向高分辨率混合集成的工艺途径。
A hybrid - integrated new photo - electronic device of miniaturized high resolution LED display matrix, which is suitable for the miniaturization, intelligentization and informationization of weapon equipment, is presented as including the principles and realization of its design as well as the hybrid integration process for high resolution in both vertical and horizontal directions.
