摘要
本文针对目前招投标工作中只评投标总报价而忽视工程量清单项目单价的问题,介绍了一种评审工程量清单 主要项目单价的方法和标准,为评标中选择最佳承包商提供决策依据。
In the light of the problem of only evaluating the total bid price and neglecting unit rates in the bill of quantities, this paper introduces one methodand standard of evaluating the main items rates in the bill of quantities. The research results of this paper provide decision basic to select the best contractor in the evaluation of bids.
