摘要
介绍了价值工程的概念及基本原理,对建设工程项目中的工程量清单计价和定额计价进行了对比,阐述了工程计价模式在工程建设中的操作过程,提出了运用价值工程确定工程综合单价的方法步骤,为工程经营决策提供科学依据。
This paper introduced the concept and basic principle of value engineering,and contrasted the quantities bill valuation and quota valuation in construction project,elaborated the operation process of engineering valuation mode in engineering construction,proposed the method and step use of value engineering to determine the comprehensive unit price,provided scientific basis for engineering management decisions.
